LC Hines Art Events Microsoft Hololens: This was a lot cooler then I expected it to be. I was honestly the hololens to be a lot bulkier and have wires sticking out of it and everything. But it was pretty streamlined. They kinda reminded me of Geordi Laforge’s lenses from Star Trek. THe actual quality of the images in the hololens astounded me. I expected rudimentary blue or green colors. It was gonna be very low detail, I thought it would be all jittery, I also thought that if I got far away enough it would disappear or really start to get jittery. But it massively exceeded all of my expectations. They were demoing this 3d model of the solar system. All of the planets were moving and the sun was rotating. I held the sun in my hands and it was incredible. The detail on all the planets was immaculate. I took a close look at Jupiter and all of the various clouds in the 3d model were moving at different speeds. The color of each of the planets also shined through a l...
